Read customer reviews for Definis Auto Body in Northeast Philadelphia. Family owned and operated since 1964, serving Holmesburg, Torresdale, Mayfair, Tacony, Morrell Park, and nearby Philadelphia neighborhoods with collision repair, dent repair, paint work, and insurance claim help.
The reviews on this page are genuine Google reviews left by Definis Auto Body customers. We do not write them, edit them, or take the bad ones down, because a review is only worth reading if the shop had no hand in it. Drivers from Tacony 19135, Wissinoming and across Northeast Philadelphia left these after the repair was finished and the car was back in their hands. Read them and judge the shop on what its own customers said, not on anything we told you.
Read enough of them and the same points come up. Honest pricing, sometimes less than half of what another shop quoted. Real help when an insurance company drags its feet or tries to nickel and dime a claim. Work that holds up and comes back on time, on everything from a daily driver to a Bentley or a Rolls Royce. And a father and son who have been on Torresdale Avenue long enough that people bring their second and third car back. Fifty years of the same name over the door shows up in how people talk about the place.
Definis Auto Body is an independent shop, which means we answer to the car owner and not to a carrier's list. Pennsylvania law gives you the right to choose your own repair shop, and if an adjuster says the vehicle has to go somewhere specific, that is steering and you do not have to go along with it. Several reviews here are from Tacony 19135 and Wissinoming drivers who called first after an accident and let us handle the claim, the photographs and the supplements. Free 24 hour towing brings the car in, day or night.
